I RECEIVED MY ORDER ON THE CL ABCESS CURE AND IT LOOKS GREAT!
I STARTED FEEDING IT TO THE CHOSEN GOAT ON 2/25 AND I WAS AMAZED HOW WELL
SHE ATE IT ALL. I DID PUT SOME FASTRACK IN WITH IT, BUT SHE LICKED THE
BUCKET CLEAN!!
HAPPY GOAT HERDING!!

Diana,
Please don't quit. I have three baby goats that are alive today because
of
your help and slippery elm. I will never be with out it now.
Thanks, Dawn

Hello Diana,
Being new to the list, I'm unsure of its history but I have been gratefully
amazed at the amount and quality of information that comes across my screen
daily. You do sound tired and I'm remembering something you said about
hemorrhaging??? I want to thank you for your time-consuming efforts
in managing this site AND answering the huge influx of questions. I
would understand if you didn't respond to nearly every question...because
it seems like you really do! Having access to this population of people
who really believe that the animals in their lives are part of their loving
family and the
bank of knowledge about nature's ways of taking care of them is invaluable
to me. Thank you, Diana. Anne

Diana,
You can't give up...Many years ago, when I first saw mention
of you in Countryside Magazine that you and the herbal methods you have
derived even existed...I had been looking for someone who felt as I did (and
still do) that there HAD to be NATURAL methods of caring for our animals...and
quite frankly, for people as well.....
I have been in conventional medicine since 1987 and honestly, I am
NOT impressed with so-called MODERN technology...I have seen patients mis-managed,
mis-diagnosed, you name it, I have seen it....And you know what, even with
all these so-called WONDER drugs, people still died....
I truly believe that all we ever need to maintain our health (and
the health of our animals) has been placed ON THIS EARTH and we just have
to learn to apply these natural substances
appropriately.
Diana, you are on the cutting edge here....and in a position, not
just to earn a living through your products, but to reach SO MANY others
and TEACH them what they need to know...
Ultimately, you have to decide what is best for YOU, and your family.....but
I am hoping that you AND this list will continue to provide thought-provoking
information......Best wishes.........
Lynn, South Carolina

Me too Diana, this forum is very appreciated and my animals thank
you
too. Deb

Diana,
Please don't ever give up this list! We need you and the others
on this list. I have searched far and wide for herbal and holistic treatment
for animals, but all livestock lists use all the poisons and traditional
veterinary medicine. You are the only one and not just "the only",
but a "terrific" one. So sorry if we don't "pat you on the back" and
tell you that we love and need you, as often as we should. But you
and 7mfarm-herbal are needed here and I am certain this list, everyone's knowledge,
and your business will grow because of you. If we get on your nerves
too much, just smack us in an e-mail and we'll try to behave and apologize.
I do occassionally tend to take some things for granted with the
exception of the animals as they are always so unconditionally loving and
giving, it's hard to take that for granted as it is so wonderful. Then
too, love doesn't have to be a spoken word, but a kind gesture, good brushing,
playtime, etc.
So, don't forget that we do appreciate you and your time, this list,
and everyone here. Herbal medicine was around long before we were
and the animals were in great health. Modern medicine has ruined this
greatly, though possibly, in some regards has helped, but I believe health
is the way everyday. It certainly makes great sense.
Thank you Diana for having the perserverance to do what you do "EVERY
DAY"!
Happy Howling,
Julie & Critters (Tayah, Mariah, Nikko, Tag, Ms. Foxy, etc.)
A couple months ago (NOVEMBER) we discussed CL on Nubian Talk and I was
asked to post results. Diana and Anne, you both wanted to hear how
the herbs worked. And Dr. Holliday wanted to know how his serum worked. Well--
the results are in. Meribee cultured positive for CL in July '99.
Meribee was treated with CL Abscess formula- available from Diane's 7M Farm
Herbals- every other day for three months. The drained abcess was flushed
with betadine and followed with a olive oil/ lavender oil flush. Starting
in October (10-16), she received Dr. Holliday's whey product for coronybacteria
at 5cc by mouth for 1 week and then 1cc a day until the bottle was finished.
She also had 8 weeks of echinacea which is good for lymph nodes at 2-400mg
caplets 2 times a day. Well, the results are in- Meribee's blood test
for CL is negative! For me, this is a victory! And please, don't
anyone write to tell me that the blood test is unreliable. I am on Cloud
Nine and don't want to hear it! I really needed some good news today.
I hope I got everything down that she was treated with, but if anyone has
any questions about Meribee, her treatment, or CL, I'd be happy to talk
about it (now : ) !). Anne, Diana, Dr. Holliday, if you need any other
information (especially Diana for her field test) let me know. And
THANK YOU SO MUCH! Robin

I am so happy it worked on your goat. And don't worry I had mine retested
year after year and still came up negative. Now if only more people would
try it on there goats with CL there
would be allot of great goats saved from being culled, and I see in the
article Diana wrote for The Goat Farmer she forgot to mention the Lavender
essential oil that is a very important part of the formula if they have no
visible abscess you still need to either put it on there hooves or a couple
drops on the spine at least once a week. Also make sure it is (Lavandula
angustifolia) lavender and not (lavandula x hybida)=lavandin, lavandin
can burn and is best used for disinfecting buildings or kennels.

Robin, this is GREAT NEWS and only the beginning of the good news
I am sure... I have also had my goats on the CL Abscess formula for 4 monts
now, and will be retesting soon.. One goat had 2 or 3 small abscesses starting
when I started the CL Abscess we have, and with in 5 days, the abscesses
were gone, and NEVER drained... So I am also hopeful.. There are several
of us doing the same field test... Do you realize what a breakthru this will
be for the goat industry?? I am SO thrilled... I will be compiling ALL the
stats on the field test, and posting it on my web site, on the goat and sheep
pages. So those interested in the results can read for themselves, the testimonials.
Please be sure to post your names in your emails, so folks
dont think I am making this all up... Thank you so much Ann, and Robin....
Forever grateful, Diana
Junebug, if you want a really good source for getting your goats on a healthy
regimen, get Diana's book with her recipes in it. It is only $9.00,
(I think that is right) and worth every single solitary penny.
Please
email
us about your favorite product, or a
recipe your tried, that came from my book or other good experiences.
